Niki King is a jazz/soul singer-songwriter whose evocative, powerful voice and emotive songwriting have garnered her several prestigious awards including the most recent 2024 Scottish Jazz Best Vocalist Award alongside numerous 5-star reviews throughout her career. Originally from Edinburgh, King moved to London and then New York for several years, where she recorded her album “It’s All Good”. As a vocalist King has performed with many leading jazz and contemporary stars including as special guest for Gregory Porter, the Average White Band and the legendary Al Green. Kings other accolades include winner of the Perrier Jazz Vocalist Award, The Scottish Style Award and The Spirit of Scotland Music Medal.
